We offer a 7-day return service, starting from the date you receive the item(s).

 

1. Return Conditions

Items must be in brand new, unused condition.

Original tags and packaging must be intact and included.

Proof of purchase (order details or invoice) must be provided.

 

2. How to Return an Item

First, please email our customer service team at service@juejia3c.com to apply for a return.

After we receive your application, we will send you a return label and detailed instructions.

Please follow the instructions to ship the item(s) back to us.

⚠️ Important: Returns shipped back to us without prior application and approval will not be accepted.

 

3. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us right away. We will resolve the issue promptly for you.

When you shop on the JUEJIA official website, you are entitled to a 7-day cooling-off period (including national holidays) starting from the delivery date. Please note that the cooling-off period is not a trial period. Items must be returned in their original, brand new condition with complete packaging. Please ensure the product itself, all accessories, free gifts, warranty cards, original manufacturer's packaging, and all accompanying documents are complete. Do not omit any parts or damage the original manufacturer's box. Returns cannot be accepted if any items are missing or the product is incomplete/damaged.

According to the provisions of Article 259 of the Civil Code, consumers are obligated to restore the goods to their original condition. If the goods are damaged, lost, or cannot be returned for any other reason, you may be liable for compensation.

To process a return, please log into your member account and apply for an order return within 7 days of the item's delivery date (applications after this period will not be accepted). After confirming your recipient name, phone number, and address, our backend team will notify you of the return method within approximately 3 business days (excluding national holidays).

If your original purchase was via convenience store pickup, you will be provided with a 7-11 return code. Please proceed to a 7-11 iBon machine to ship the item back within 2 days of receiving the code to avoid expiration.

If your original purchase was via home delivery, a courier will be arranged to collect the return. Please ensure your phone line is available and the item is neatly repackaged for pickup. The courier will provide a receipt upon collection, which you should keep.

When returning the item, please use the original outer packaging (box or mailer bag) that JUEJIA used to ship the item to you. If the original outer packaging is lost, please pack the manufacturer's box within another suitable shipping box. Do not stick the shipping label directly onto the manufacturer's box or write on it. The manufacturer's box and packaging are considered part of the product. Loss, damage, or missing parts may affect your return eligibility and could result in deductions to cover the cost of restoring the item to its original condition.

For your first return/exchange on the JUEJIA official website, you will not need to bear the shipping cost. Returns/exchanges from offshore islands or overseas may incur shipping fees depending on the country/region.

When processing a return, please ensure all received items are kept complete. The two return methods (7-11 return service / home pickup) will be communicated to you. By submitting a return application, you agree to JUEJIA's return policy and authorize JUEJIA to handle the voiding of the invoice and related subsequent procedures.

After JUEJIA receives your returned item and confirms everything is in order, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

在JUEJIA官網購物後,消費者享有商品貨到日起7天猶豫期(含國定例假日)。提醒您猶豫期並非使用期,您退回的商品必須是全新,且包裝完整;請保持商品本體、配件、贈品、保證書、原廠包裝及所有附隨文件,保持資料的完整性,切勿缺漏任何配件或損毀原廠外盒。若有缺件、商品損毀不完整情況發生,恕無法退貨。依民法第259條之規定,消費者有回復原狀之義務,若商品遭毀損、滅失或因其他事由,致不能返還者,須賠償其價額。


如要辦理退貨,請於商品送達簽收日起算7天內(逾期恕不受理),自行登入會員後申請訂單退貨,確認您的收件人姓名、電話、地址,約3個工作日內(不含國定例假日)後台通知您退回方式(7-11退貨便/宅配通),若原購買方式是超商取貨,會提供7-11退貨便方式,請您收到退貨便代碼2天內盡快至7-11機台操作寄回商品(避免代碼逾期失效);若原購買方式是宅配,會請物流人員向您收取退貨,請您保持電話暢通、包裝工整以便交付予物流人員取回,物流人員取件後,會提供單據給您,亦請留存。

退回商品時,請將JUEJIA寄送商品給您時,所使用的外包裝(紙箱或包裝袋),包裝後寄回或交付予物流人員,如原外包裝已經遺失,請您在商品原廠外盒之外,再以其他適當的包裝盒進行包裝。切勿將宅配單黏貼於商品原廠外盒上或書寫文字,原廠外盒及原廠包裝皆屬商品的一部分,如有遺失、損毀或缺件,將影響您退貨的權益,也可能依照損毀程度扣除回復原狀所必要之費用。

 

【JUEJIA官網購物須知-退換貨運費負擔】

在JUEJIA官網購物後,首次退換貨,皆無需負擔運費,離島、海外之退換貨需視所在國家/地區收取運費。請您在辦理退貨時,將所收到的商品保留完整,有兩種收回方式(7-11退貨便/宅配通)待人員通知後續處理方式,以利JUEJIA為您辦理退款。當消費者提交退貨申請後,即同意JUEJIA的退貨原則,並接受JUEJIA代為處理發票做廢及相關的後續處理事宜。

JUEJIA收到您所退回的商品,經確認無誤,將於7個工作天內為您辦理退款。如果有其他疑問,請與客服聯繫。
